FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How quickly will Streamline Digital reply to my enquiry?
We aim to reply to every enquiry within one working day — typically within a few hours during UK business hours. The first response is always written personally and includes a clear next step, usually a free 30-minute discovery call.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
Within 24 hours you will receive a personal email summarising what we have understood from your enquiry, a few clarifying questions, and a link to book a free 30-minute discovery call. There is no obligation and no automated drip sequence — just a real conversation about what you need.
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. The first 30-minute discovery call is completely free with no obligation. We use it to understand your business, the challenge you want to solve, and to give you an honest answer on whether Streamline Digital is the right partner. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and where helpful point you elsewhere.
What information should I include in my message?
The more specific you can be, the more useful our first reply will be. Helpful details include: what your business does, the challenge you are trying to solve, any tools or platforms involved (Shopify, CRM, accounting software, etc.), a rough timeline, and an indicative budget if you have one.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. Many clients arrive with a problem rather than a defined solution — for example 'we are drowning in admin' or 'our organic traffic is dropping'. The discovery call is designed to translate the problem into a clear, costed plan. You do not need to know the answer; you only need to describe the problem.
Can I meet in person in Bournemouth?
Yes. We can meet at our office in Bournemouth, at a co-working space in central Bournemouth, or at your premises anywhere in Dorset. For clients elsewhere in the UK we can travel for larger engagements; otherwise the first call is a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams video call.
Do you work with international clients?
Our focus is UK-based businesses, but we have delivered projects for English-speaking clients in Ireland, the Netherlands, Australia and the US. If you are based outside the UK, please mention your timezone in your message so we can confirm scheduling will work.
Will my enquiry information be kept confidential?
Yes. Everything you share via the contact form is treated as commercially confidential. We never share enquiry details with third parties. If we end up working together we will sign an NDA on request before any sensitive information is exchanged.
How are projects priced and quoted?
Every project is fixed-fee and quoted in writing before any work begins. Pricing is based on scope, not hours. Most engagements include the option of a small upfront discovery sprint (typically £500–£1,500) to remove uncertainty before a full project is committed.
Can I just ask a quick question without committing to anything?
Absolutely. Many enquiries we receive are simple one-line questions about a Shopify integration, an SEO setup or a specific automation. We are happy to give a free, honest opinion by email — no sales pitch and no follow-up if it is not the right time.
